I'm a life and relationship coach and the creator of HUM, a nervous system-based course that helps you understand the patterns running beneath your stress, relationships, and frustrating patterns.
I help people who are tired of repeating the same cycles and ready to make sense of what's actually going on. My work is solution-focused and applied to real life: we identify where you're stuck, understand what's driving it, and shift how you respond so you can actually live differently.
