I’m certified both as an integrative health coach and as a relationship coach. Most clients call me their “life coach” though, as I specialize in the areas of personal, professional, and relationship growth.

As part of my coaching I help people understand how their nervous system runs the show so they can stop fighting themselves and start changing what is possible. HUM is my passion project because everyone deserves the manual that makes being human make more sense.

  • HUM includes about two content packed hours of video content, broken into 12 short modules plus a Breathing Break Library you can return to anytime.

  • Yes. Each module comes with two video options: one with captions and one without, so you can choose what works best for you.

  • You will have access for a long time, and my plan is to keep HUM available to you for at least two years. While no one can guarantee access forever because life and technology change, you can feel confident knowing you will have plenty of time to move through the material at your own pace.

  • Not at all. HUM explains complex ideas in simple, everyday language with practical tools you can use right away.

  • HUM is an advanced version of what I present to my one-on-one clients.

  • Each module comes with reflection prompts in your downloadable Application Journal.

    These are not assignments you have to complete, they are invitations to pause, apply what you have learned, and notice your own “aha” moments.

  • Calming overwhelm is actually built into the course. Nervous system regulating breathing breaks are sprinkled throughout, and you will find all of them collected in the Breathing Break Library so you can reset anytime.

  • No. HUM is an educational, coaching-based course. It is designed to help you understand yourself and your wiring, but it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
