Develop a Better Version of Your Relationship

We all experience tough moments with our partners. These relationships often bring everything to the surface, leaving us with nowhere to hide. While this kind of vulnerability can be challenging, these relationships also have the potential to become one of the most fulfilling aspects of your life.

As your relationship coach, I'm here to help you and your partner move past these struggles and into a deeper, more connected, and understanding partnership. Together, we’ll work to create the relationship you both dream of, a relationship that reflects your favorite version of "us."

“I am more aware and intentional in my approach towards my partner. If I find myself reverting to “old” ways of communicating, I am able to take a deep breath and redirect my own behaviors in a healthy manner, which allows for more meaningful conversation with purpose. I also find that my spouse has become more open to deeper and meaningful conversations and has become more compassionate towards seeing where I come from which makes me feel more heard, loved and accepted.” ~ Audrey

What is relationship coaching?

Relationship coaching is a guided, structured process designed to help you gain a deeper awareness of the dynamics at play in your relationship. Together, we’ll explore both your and your partner's roles in these dynamics and learn how to shift them in ways that create greater understanding, ease, and connection.

Clients have described this coaching process as “priceless” and “worth more than gold.” It enriches your connection, provides practical frameworks for navigating difficult conversations, and brings a sense of inner peace that you’ve been longing for.

What can you expect from coaching?

My approach to relationship coaching is rooted in a deep understanding of human connection, the neuroscience of behavior and pattern change, relationship dynamics, and a mindful viewpoint of the challenges these relationships bring.
Here are some of the ways I can help couples:

“My favorite part of the process is being able to practice the structured tools and teachings provided. Understanding the phases we go through methodically and emotionally has been helpful. The breathing and meditation exercises helped me to shut out all the thoughts in my head and put me in a place where I could focus, be calm, and listen to my partner. The lessons I learned are about making progress in myself and with others.” ~ Mike

What makes coaching with Jen different?

Throughout my years of coaching individuals to develop their inner strengths and resources, I’ve observed a common challenge: many of my clients feel stuck in their closest relationships. Recognizing this, I sought specialized training from a highly experienced couple—she is a coach, and he is a mental health therapist—who have spent over 14 years helping couples shift their relationship dynamics, having first experienced these transformations themselves.

By combining my certification as a Thriving Relationships coach with my background in neuroscience, mindfulness, and behavior change from Duke Integrative Medicine, I’ve developed a unique approach to relationship coaching. This approach blends individual growth with relationship-focused strategies, creating an environment where both partners can experience personal transformation that not only improves their relationship but also positively influences many other aspects of their lives.
