What You’ll Experience
A Morning Workshop at Elevate Co-Working
Led by Life & Relationship Coach Jen Carter, you’ll explore how to break free from limiting patterns and reconnect with your authentic self. Expect reflection, real talk, and laughter about the very human quirks we all share.
A Midday Break
Enjoy conversation with other amazing women over lunch (meal not included), or take quiet time for yourself.
Afternoon Kayak at Greenfield Lake
Glide beneath cypress trees in a ninety-acre ecosystem, guided by Kay Lynn Hernandez of Wilmington Outdoor Adventures. No experience needed—Kay makes sure no one is left spinning in circles.
A Connection & Growth Session at Airlie Gardens
Gentle coaching, growth activities, and relaxation practices to spark confidence, restore ease, and deepen your sense of connection.

Not at all! This retreat is beginner-friendly and a fun adventure for those with experience as well.
Kay Lynn, owner and guide at Wilmington Outdoor Adventures, has guided countless first-timers. All gear is provided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Most women come solo. By the end of the day, many leave with new friends and a strong sense of connection. Jen’s speciality is in creating an environment that is welcoming, supportive, and designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Your $195 registration includes:
Morning coaching workshop at Elevate Co-Working
Guided kayaking tour at Greenfield Lake (all gear provided)
Closing growth + relaxation session at Airlie Gardens
Access to all retreat activities and group experiences
Morning and afternoon snacks are included. We’ll break mid-day so you can enjoy food with the group or on your own (not included).

Comfortable clothing for both indoor and outdoor activities, shoes you don’t mind getting a little wet, and a water bottle. (You’ll have a chance to change before we kayak.)
We’ll send you a simple checklist before the event so you feel fully prepared.

This retreat is intentionally kept small with a limit of 10 participants. That way, it feels personal, supportive, and gives you a chance to truly connect.

We’ll start the day at Elevate Co-Working in Wilmington, NC. From there, we’ll move as a group to Greenfield Lake for kayaking, and then to Airlie Gardens for the closing session.
