I’m Jen Carter, a certified integrative health coach and relationship coach with a background as a pediatric physical therapist. Early in my career, I worked with infants and young children, which deepened my fascination with how the nervous system shapes development, behavior, and connection. Later, through coaching, I saw the same nervous system patterns impacting adults as uncontrollable stress, unbreakable habits, and relationship challenges.

HUM is my passion project because I believe everyone deserves the manual that makes being human finally make sense. My goal is to help you understand your wiring, stop fighting yourself, and start creating the life and relationships you really want.
