What if you treated yourself like someone you love?
We are masters at doing for others.
What if we could do the same for ourselves?
You know the lesson, “treat others as you would like to be treated.” So many of us are really good at that part but fall short when it comes to treating ourselves as well as we treat others.
We fall short in giving ourselves the love, time, and compassion that we so easily give to others.
Then we wonder why we’re tired. Why we’re not enjoying our lives. Why, when we have more than enough, we still don’t feel fulfilled.
It starts with caring for ourselves—but in a way that taps into what we most need.
And no one else can tell you what that is.
Maybe that’s where we fall down. Most of us know we need to take care of ourselves… we just don’t know how.
We’ve lost touch with our inner guiding voice—our inner GPS. Or maybe we hear it, but have no clue what to do with it.
The reason we can’t follow it isn’t that we’re not capable, it’s that we’ve never been taught how.
That’s where I work: at the place of finding, trusting, and following your inner GPS.
And it’s pretty amazing what can happen when you do.

Your “inner GPS” is your built-in guidance system. It’s that quiet voice inside that knows when something feels right or off. Some people might call it their “gut” or their “intuition”. The more you clear away you inner noise, the more you will learn to tune in and trust it, and the more aligned and peaceful your life will become.

Begin with things that are small and feel totally do-able (not what “should” be do-able).
Notice what brings you comfort or energy. Listen for what your body and emotions are telling you. Then take one small action that honors that message. Self-care doesn’t always look like bubble baths, it often looks like boundaries, rest, or asking for help.
