Find Your Way

Where are you stuck?
We all get stuck sometimes.
You may feel stuck in ‘rinse and repeat’ patterns. You may be constantly caring for everything and everyone else, but unable to do the same for yourself. Or you may be lost in a major life transition. Sometimes, it’s as if no one else sees your struggle, but you know something feels off, and everything you've tried just isn’t working.
Getting unstuck from these places is tricky because these patterns are wired deep into your nervous system. But real change is possible, it just isn’t about willpower; it’s about understanding yourself, shifting your mindset, and creating new skillsets.
I began this work for myself over a decade ago when I was also stuck, and it evolved into the pragmatic approach I now use with my clients to help them break free and experience life in a whole new way.

“Jen helped me transform myself in just a few sessions. I didn’t even realize what was happening,
but I left her office feeling new, refreshed, empowered, and confident.
Me? Confident? Really? Well, yes!
Jen has such a calm way of turning things around before you even realize it.
She helped me focus on another direction…another way of looking at things. Suddenly life changed in so many positive ways for me.
And, somehow in my journey, she helped me find love for myself as well. ”

What Is Coaching?
Coaching is an experiential process that is uniquely tailored to each individual. While this personalized process will look different for each client, all clients gain access to a calm, clear, contented place within themselves. This moves them beyond the frustration, doubt, self-criticism, unhappiness, overwhelm, and disconnection they have been stuck in and into their favorite version of themselves yet.

Hi I’m Jen,
I guide problem solvers, helpers, and overthinkers beyond the stuck spots in themselves and their lives, and I came to this work by needing to figure it out for myself.
For most of my life, I tried to fix “what was wrong with me and my life” over and over again. Sometimes my solution stuck for a while, other times it was super short-lived, but I always went back to square one once the initial motivation wore off or life got busy and stressful. It was defeating, frustrating, and just drove me deeper into unhappiness with my life and ugliness in my head.
Then I discovered coaching.
Coaching was the solution I never knew existed. Through my coaching journey, I entered a place where I enjoyed authentically being myself, where I had inner confidence and contentment, and where I was no longer ruled by self-deprecation. This allowed me to feel true joy and calm for the first time, and it created a ripple effect of good throughout my life.
I now coach clients to create their own meaningful change in the areas where they were once stuck.

I coach here, there, and everywhere!

I coach action oriented problem solvers, the ones who love figuring things out but sometimes get stuck when it comes to their own lives.
Client tend to come for two reasons: life has thrown a curveball and they are trying to adjust, or they’ve have noticed themselves getting stuck in the same cycle. It might be a habit, a mindset, or a relationship pattern that just will not shift.
My clients range from stay at home moms to retired dads, from CEOs to administrative assistants, from lawyers to health care providers, from entrepreneurs to artists, and everything in between. I coach women, men, and couples who are 18 and older.
The thread that connects them all? They are the people others rely on. They are great at showing up for everything and everyone else, but when it comes to creating change for themselves, they need a safe space to untangle the knots and move forward with clarity.

Every coaching journey is unique, and ultimately you decide how long it lasts (don’t worry, my clients get really good at knowing what they need).
Some clients come for a specific reason and stay just a few months. Others find coaching so valuable that they continue longer term.
Most clients begin to notice shifts quickly, often within the first few sessions. By six to eight sessions, many are naturally thinking, feeling, and responding differently to situations in their lives, without needing to add more to their to-do list.
When a client chooses to complete their coaching journey, they often tell me it feels like they get to “keep me in their back pocket.” You’re always welcome to pop back in for a single session or for a longer stretch whenever it feels right.
-
Most clients benefit from meeting weekly or every other week for the first three months.
During this time, we focus on building new mindsets and creating skills that help you approach your thoughts, experiences, and emotions in a different way. The more frequent contact in the beginning allows these shifts to become more natural and sustainable, leading to changes that ripple through many areas of your life.
After the first three months, you decide what feels right. Some clients continue at the same pace, others spread sessions out, and some take what they’ve learned and move forward on their own, knowing they can always return when they are ready for more support.
I also offer a single Map It Out Strategy Session for anyone who wants clarity on a particular pattern or situation without committing to ongoing coaching.

All coaching begins with a complimentary 45-minute session, because it’s important that we both feel the fit is right.
For individuals, this is called a Mind Shift Meeting. For couples, it’s a Relationship Connection Session.
In this first conversation, you’ll have a safe space to get in touch with the life and self you’ve been seeking, stop spinning and start moving forward, and experience what coaching feels like. Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and surprised at how much shifted in just one session.
You’ll also have the chance to ask me any questions about my coaching approach. Sometimes we discover we’re not the right fit, and I’ll gladly point you toward other resources. Other times, you’ll walk away with a mind shift and the clarity that continuing to work together is exactly what you need.
